2009 Lund Boats Catalog Photo Shoot

Lund Boats was back here at the resort again this Spring of 2009 working on the photo shoot for their latest catalog. They also captured quite a bit of video for use in creating their dealer DVD's, website videos and even some clips that will be used for television commercials. Even resort owner Dick Auger, and his grandson Seth Auger, were recruited for some video shots that might possibly be used in a future commercial.

Lund Boats creating some of their running photo shots with the photographer taking them from the helicopter. It was very interesting to see how all this was done!

This video was taken right out in front of the resort. The video crew was all setup on one of our docks with the boom attached to it. Notice how close the boat gets to the camera crew, as the boom lifts up, creating a stunning end to the running shot!

Lund Boats Catalog Photo Shoot

We have been meaning to post some photos of Lund Boats coming to our resort and doing their photo shoot for their Lund Boats Catalog. These photos below are from their stay here in the Spring of 2008. They were also here in the Spring of 2009 and we will have another blog posting updated here soon with those photos!

Lund Boats used a helicopter for two days for getting some of their running photo shots. This was a lot of fun to watch and experience!


Even Al Lindner stopped out at our resort to try out some of the new models that Lund Boats had to offer. "Mr. Walleye", Gary Roach, was also out here to give some of the new Lund Boats models a spin around Lake Shamineau!

Early Season Walleyes!

Here are a couple of shots of a nice 26" walleye that the son of one of our seasonal campers caught on the Fishing Opener weekend! His Dad caught a 25" walleye the following weekend!
